Am I out of money now
I ordered a rare Lego set and it says it was delivered however I was provided the same tracking number for a different house and package. I then tried to open a case but I was told since I didn’t have any proof I would lose. So I closed the case thinking I could reopen it. I have called eBay since I have gotten a statement from my bank and the postal service saying that was not my package. Now eBay won’t do anything. The tracking number I was provided was for some blanket, I went and talked to the person who got that package they said “nah man we didn’t get your Legos sorry man” I then left. I then called eBay again and they said they would look into it, but the funny thing is I’ve done this 4 times this week because my appeal keeps getting denied should I just accept the loss, or keep fighting it.
