B6 makes my vss worse every single time

Anyone else has this? I feel like every single time I take a supplement with B6 in it my vss gets worse. When I don't take them I feel better

Any people with visual snow syndrome who got better?

Visual snow syndrome: tv static, afterimages, light sensitivity, trailing, BFEP etc (NOT just floaters)

I'm asking if anyone has seen gradual improvement with time? I feel like my static is 50% better than it was 2 months ago and I'm hoping it'll keep improving.

I've read many posts here where people say they recovered but mostly I think they misunderstood what vss is and thought it was just floaters or blurry eyes. I'm asking for actual vss improvement.

Anyone's vs recovery looked like this?

So I'm 2 months into this mess and since the start my static has been consistently reducing in size. At the start it was huge. Has anyone else had this? Is it a sign of potential recovery?

Static has been getting progressively better

Hey, I'm writing this post to document my "recovery" journey (not even sure I can call it that yet).

My static has been progressively getting better since the start. I'd say it's getting 2-3% smaller every day. It's almost impossible to notice in sunlight now. There's no change in my other symptoms for now but I've read a post where someone said their symptoms reversed in the order they appeared in and static was the most recent symptom to appear for me.

Holding out hope!

Visual snow decreases with caffeine and exercise

Like in title. What could this mean? Anyone else had this?

I have a feeling my vss is very weird. It's best when I wake up which I guess is contrary to other people's experiences. I don't have that many symptoms. I only have mild static, mild afterimages and moderate bfep and light trailing only at night. It's been going on for 2 months and it's definitely way better than when it started. I don't know what's going on

Stimulants make it better, exercise makes it better. Sleep makes no difference. Could this be a blood pressure related issue?

FL 41 glasses aren't talked about here enough

For real. They almost single handedly fixed all my chronic eye strain issues. My quality of life is like 90% better. I actually feel real now. I'm using the 50% tint from Zenni. I would recommend them to anyone
