have tried multiple sunscreens but yet to get a perfect one which just ticks up all the criteria
\- which actually protects from the sun
\- dry to somewhat combination skin
\- need tinted mineral one as my skin is sensitive
\- should have a natural or dewy finish (I hate matte)
Requill one is drying for me and the formula rx doesn't protect from sun as per the reviews.
Does it helps making weight loss easier with insulin resistance (I don't experience irregular periods).
If yes please recommend indian brand which worked for you.
I'm 5'3" and 155 lbs and was diagnosed with insulin resistance, and prolactin is at the upper limit, but my androgens/free testosterone levels were normal, and I have relatively small boobs for my body shape, as i have broad shoulders and broad hips but kind of conical breasts there. I have tried to get proportional by losing weight, but nothing helps even when my calorie intake has been around 1400 kcal for years. I really can't keep up with it. I'm doing everything I can do, but you feel down when nothing actually yields results. I don't even know if I have pcos or not; I don't have hormonal acne, irregular periods or extreme hirsutism (I have hair all over my body, but it is soft and fine). Recently I've started to hit around 80g of protein but got to know that dairy is bad for pcos. It made me feel sicker. Thinking of starting inositol. Will it help with my condition or any other supplements which may have worked for this. Please help.
