opinions on this double peak?

is it bad that my BS had 2 peaks (the bigger one being at the 2 hour mark) after a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wholemeal with a small amount of jelly, the reason i ask is it was down at a decent level before it came back up but then the 2 hour mark its at about 140 which is the limit of what’s considered healthy so does it make a difference that it came down first or does this still show that it was an unhealthy response?

insight?

before everyone starts telling me to get a professional opinion i AM IN THE PROCESS shit just takes TIME esp here in uk i have an endo appointment in early september but have been dealing with this uncertainty for months.

currently wearing a cgm to collect data and i had previously been doing a low carb diet since about march as i dont want to make any possible problem worse while im waiting for answers, but while wearing the cgm i have been slowly trying to increase carbs slightly mainly just wholegrain carbs to see how i tolerate them, every morning after breakfast varying different meals my sugar dips into hypoglycaemia levels for usually 20-30mins before picking itself back up lowest i recorded was 3.2mmol verified with finger prick.
ive been trying wholemeal low carb bread with 9g per slice for a sandwich at lunch the last few days with success as my sugar has stayed under 7.5 when eating this bread, today i tried to do one slice of the low carb wholemeal bread with one slice of my dads seed and grain wholemeal bread which is 20g carb per slice as a sandwich with a chicken lettuce avocado and greek yogurt filling the meal totalled around 38g carbs but my sugar peaked at 8.5 today and hung around above 7.8 for about 40min this is my 7th day with the cgm and my 4th day since slowly introducing a small amount of extra carbs, do my levels seem prediabetic or out of what would be considered healthy? i just could do with some insight as the internet has so many conflicting answers, i hope to get real answers from the endocrinologist when my appointment finally arrives but im honestly just winging it for all these last months.
ive attached some images of some of my cgm data and the verified finger prick low
thanks in advance

blood sugar drops too low after breakfast almost every day

i don’t experience any symptoms either but both my finger prick and cgm consistently show lows after i have breakfast which are never naked carbs always paired with protein and or fat the lowest it’s gone is 3.2mmol / 57 mg dl
i do not have any diabetes diagnosis but i might have blood sugar control issues to some degree (hence the cgm i’m collecting data to show an endo eventually when i can get an appointment) it always picks back up to normal levels but usually takes like 20-30min and i just don’t understand what’s going on? anyone have any insight? thanks

day after alcohol hypoglycaemia

can it be normal to have hypoglycaemia even without diabetes because i am not diabetic however possibly prediabetic (my a1c came back as 5.3 yesterday but i have been specifically eating way less carbs and cut all processed sugar out of my diet since 3 months ago so i think it is back in the normal range because i am actively managing it ) however i usually don’t drink but last night had about 5 drinks of white rum with diet pepsi and this morning before lunch i felt off so i checked my sugar with glucometer and it was 56mg/dl / 3.1mmol so i immediately got a clif bar and ate half and retested at 15min and i was up to 83mg/dl / 4.6mmol, can this be expected for someone without diabetes/is just a normal metabolically healthy person or does it signal that something is not right?

constant frizz no matter what

i’ve always had the frizziest hair no matter what i try to do to help it, my hair is kinda wavy ish and even has some loose curls on the underside when it air dries, my hair strands seem very fine/thin but i have a LOT of hair so it’s like thick but with thin hair that always frizzes out especially towards the bottom making it look kinda triangular and i want to know if anyone has any advice or suggestions if anything worked for them if you have dealt with a similar hair
thank you

what is happening to me

f19 bmi 21ish , workout multiple times a week, no family history of diabetes, mostly whole food diet with moderate amount of carbs but mainly complex carbs paired with protein and or fat and fibre.

i’ve been tracking my blood glucose with a finger prick glucometer for around 3 months now and in the last 3 weeks my fasting glucose has gone from being consistently around 77-87 to consistently around 95-100,
today my fasting sugar level was 100 and then in the afternoon i had an iced chai latte with syrup and 2 small bites of my brothers millionaire shortbread and checked my level at around the 20 minute mark and to my HORROR my sugar was at 216!!!! i have never seen my blood sugar go so high in all the time i have been tracking and it was still at 160 after 40min it finally went to 95 by 2 hours but im still at a loss at what is going on?! my diet hasn’t changed over the last 3 weeks and there hasn’t been any major changes in my lifestyle either so what is happening to me? i am definitely going to be making a doctors appointment when i get back home next week but i am currently visiting family away from home. i will keep tracking in the meantime but does anyone have any clues or advice or suggestions?
does this sound like possible prediabetes or worse ? i’ve heard about the possibility of LADA aswell and am terrified that it could be that and i really don’t want it to progress please someone give me advise
thank you

help interpreting results

not sure whether this is the right sub but i could do with some help interpreting these blood test results i got, i initially got the test because i thought i could have iron deficiency as i have experienced fatigue and headaches and pale skin among other symptoms however my iron levels seem okay but a lot of my white blood cell levels came back right on the borderline of clinically being low and i don’t know what that could mean if it has a simple underlying medical condition causing it for me to investigate further, if anyone has got any idea pls let me know cheers
