Not sure what my snake plant is experiencing. Like pick mark scars and it’s getting worse. It’s it infected with something? I don’t see any pests?

Is it time to add an extension to the moss pole for the left monstera? Where the next root would be is the plastic funnel I have to water the moss. I can take it away and just add moss but I think I might as well just add a full length identical moss pole.

Also which variegation do more people like on the albos? I think im of the minority and like the more blocky light variegation of the left plant.
