Looking at cpu game benchmarks, the frequency seems to be almost always locked to its max boost speed give or take 50mhz. However my CPUs are always 200-500mhz below their max speeds. I’ve tested both a 3600 and a 5500x3d, having the same behaviour. Temps are in the low 60’s so overheating isn’t the problem. Is this normal behaviour?

Hi! We’re a table of 3 and are relatively new to D&D. We’re not too picky about how the game should run but a mix of RP and Combat would be nice. We’re looking for a long-term campaign that we could run preferably once a week, but it’s all fine if that’s not possible. Really looking forward to it, were nice people I swear 🥺
