Desperately searching for a rental in Hamilton, Brisbane... Any advice or leads?
Hi everyone,
I'm in a bit of a tough spot and hoping someone here might be able to help or point me in the right direction.
I'm a woman in my late twenties, single, working full-time in the city. I'm currently living in a two-bedroom apartment with a roommate, but my lease is ending soon and I'm hoping to move into a one-bedroom on my own.I've been searching for few weeks with no luck, and it's been crushing me. The rental market here has been really competitive and it's starting to feel overwhelming.
I've genuinely come to love the Hamilton area and would really love to stay in this neighbourhood if at all possible.
A bit about me as a tenant:
- No pets, non-smoker, no parties
- Full-time, stable income
- I take real pride in keeping wherever I live clean and well maintained. I promise to treat any place like it's my own
If anyone knows of a rental coming up in Hamilton (or nearby), or has any tips on how to stand out in this market, I would really appreciate it. Feeling pretty stressed about this and just trying to find some direction. Thank you in advance 🙏
