Ingrown toenail that I have since 3 years
So I cut it myself 3 times with some rusty very bad tools fortunately that worked but after it came a fourth time i decided to go to a surgeon but since i have cut it myself 3 times the nail is short and doesn't poke in the side so the surgeon said it is fine go home , what can I do, also you can see a cut on my nail that was third time i decided to cut it with a blade but cut too long :)

As a student how can I manage my day?
I don't study at all (I want to) i failed 12th once 😭 i have about less than 8 months to prepair most of my time goes in mobile phone like since morning till night
