What do you guys think this sounds like? Has anyone had something similar happen?
I’ve been under a LOT of stress lately with work and family, and this cycle has been super weird for me. My last period was a few days late, then around my app’s predicted ovulation window I started spotting. It began as light brown/pink mucus spotting for a few days, then turned more into actual period like blood with some small clots. It’s been 5 days now and has switched between brown/red/light bleeding. It’s never been super heavy or soaking products, and I’ve had little to no cramping/pain. I’ve also had sore boobs (mostly outer sides).

I also have a copper IUD and took a pregnancy test that was negative. I started reading about anovulatory bleeding/breakthrough bleeding from stress and honestly it sounds similar, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or has thoughts on what it could be?
