I accidentally bumped my monitor and now it’s acting weird. There’s no visible physical damage and the glass looks completely intact, but I can see light bleeding from the affected area. The screen stays black with no image at all. Now I’m using mac with HDMI. Is there anything I can check or try to fix this, or does this sound like a dead panel?
I paid for Windsurf Pro and they charged my card instantly, but my account still shows the Free plan.
Tried contacting support, but it’s just an AI bot repeating the same useless responses over and over again. Their “email support” is also basically another AI bot copy-pasting the same messages.
Apparently they don’t even have a proper refund policy.
Honestly, Windsurf is nice when it works, but the moment something goes wrong, they completely leave you hanging.
So now I’m down $20 AND wasted a bunch of time trying to fix something that shouldn’t even happen in the first place.
Is there anything to do to get my money back?
