Loving the dual phone charger so far. Thanks all for the support.

V2 of the Mach-E MagSafe charger/tray is almost ready and I’ve been making a bunch of improvements based on feedback and testing.

Highlights so far:

• Single and dual phone charger options are now available.
• The entire tray is now a single-piece print to simplify and streamline printing.
• Cable management underneath the tray can now store the full wire length, so there’s no more hanging cable mess.
• The phone stands are now pressure-fit into the tray (gluing is optional).
• Removed the TPU insert after noticing heat deformation issues over time inside the car.
• Updated the design to work with the Amazon Basics 25W MagSafe charger, which should theoretically improve charging speeds.

Pretty happy with how it’s turning out so far. If anyone has additional ideas or features they’d like to see, let me know, I’d be happy to consider them before I finalize the design.

Finally printed this MagSafe charger/tray setup for the Mach-E. Fits way better than the factory pad and actually keeps the phone in place while driving. Really loving how the dual color print turned out on this one. I matched it to my 25 MME eruption green.
