Temp Concern

So I recently replaced my CPU and I went from a Ryzen 5 3600 to a Ryzen 7 5800XT. I have noticed that my temp with the 5800 any time I open any game within a min or so shoots to 90c and stays there the whole time. Without gaming temps remains stable between 45-55c if I'm not really doing anything. And after the game shuts down. In a few minutes or less its back down to normal idle temps again. I'm just curious if this is a concern or not. Should it be essentially max temp the whole time?

Looking for something input.

Not to firmiliar with a lot of monitor specs. Ill looking at these 2 currently an im curious what thoughts are. I want to get some better picture and be able to see a bit more clear for background and further objects in game. Also looking for more than a slight upgrade, not a huge one. Im also not sure how much of a difference there really actually is from 1080p to 1440p. I dont really want to upgrade if it not worth it. Any thoughts on these options. First monitor is what I have used since building my PC in 2021.

CPU Cooler

Ok im confused. First time doing a cpu upgrade, any help would be appreciated. I thought this would just swap right in. What do I do? New cooler (pic 2) doesn't screw in where old one (pic 3) did. How can I remedy this? Pic one is motherboard slot.
