What is the difference in damage between a 3500 cp garchomp with an iv of 7 attack and a garchokp with 3300 cp with an attack iv of 15. Im debating if it’s worth powering up my 15 attack iv garchomp. Basically are ivs worth the extra cost or is there barely a difference

Am I doing the math wrong or will mewtwo Y be by a large margin the Best ice attacker. Best psychic attacker, best ghost attacker, and best electric attacker depending on the charged move it wields. That is absurd to me if I did the math right and am not tweaking
I have been playing hard core Nuzlocks for about 3 years now and I absolutely loved every second of them. They were so much fun and challenging, but about 3 years ago I hit a wall. They just stopped being fun and became more of a chore. So I took a break for 3 years in which I did a Nuzlocke or 2 a year and that was it, but I am still lost and just not having fun. I have tried roms and about every challenge under the moon. I don’t want to stop playing them, because if I do, then I would probably stop playing pokemon all together which is my 1 hobby really in my life. I am not sure how to fix my problems or if anyone has gone through something similar and has any solutions🙏🥺
