Is JavaScript easy to pickup as an OOP programmer?

Hi!

I'm a fourth year uni student tryna move away from a lot of the Java and C++ work which I've done countless of times throughout my uni projects. Mostly things such as applications that interact with a database, graphic engines, game engines from scratch etc.

I'm looking at learning full stack development to expand my skills. With full-stack, JavaScript is an inevitability...question is, is it easy to pick-up if you already know OOP concepts and all the other things that come with OOP languages? All the guides I've seen for learning JavaScript seem to be "Loops, Conditionals, Functions" etc etc. And I'm unsure if I should just dive into the actual new stuff and learn the syntax along the way?

Should I do a fresh OS install? Or use Window's "Reset my PC"?

Hi,

I've been looking forward to resetting my PC after I finished my Uni semester, and the day has arrived!

I'm unsure whether it would be better to install the ISO file on a usb stick and nuke the drives manually and set it up as a new OS. Or if I should use Windows's "Reset My Pc" option? Are there any differences in performance or such?

I'll also be debloating the system using scripts and such afterwards.

Scrotum pain and sensitivity, connected to Pelvic floor?

Hi,

Last June or July I started having some bad scrotum pain. It would either hurt or feel very sensitive to touch. I went through multiple Dr’s, with multiple sonars and every time the sonar would come back with nothing wrong my. The Drs told me I have a small varicocele that’s too small to be picked up by the scan, but I wasn’t sure how accurate that was because it affected both balls.

After taking meds for 2 or so months the pain stopped, but recently the pain came back. I started having lower back and right hip pain as well, with an errection that felt like it was tensed up. Additionally some bad leg pain in my thigh.

I went to the Dr again and he told me that I had some salts passing through my body that cause the side pains and the errection pain. I took meds for 15 days or so, and then the pain came back a week later, but this time it’s the same sensitivity, and the area under my knee feels tense. Additionally some more hip uncomfortableness/pain.

Could it be a pelvic floor issue?
