I love prepping sauces for the week

The Truly Simple cookbook by Kristin Cavallari surprisingly has some banger recipes. I’m obsessed with the vegan veggie bowls for lunch, and am trying the chicken teriyaki this week. Prepping sauces/dressings on Sundays feels like peak adult accomplishment to me lol

Low-carb burger bowl for dinner!

Shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, seasoned ground beef, chopped tomatoes and pickles, burger sauce, and a few fries for good measure. Made enough for lunch tomorrow too!

Weaning off + Period symptoms

I’ve recently (2 weeks ago) reduced my dose from 50 to 25mg. I just got my first period since dropping and OH MY GOD the symptoms are wild. Everything is intensified—nausea, cramping, mood swings, headaches. Anyone else experience changes to your period while weaning?

For context I’ve been on Zoloft for a little over 5 years and originally took it for PPD and PMDD. It truly saved my life. I made the choice to wean off after years of meds combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Also, I was on vacation and had to split my pills in half because I forgot to pick up my Rx refill beforehand, so while I wanted and felt ready to wean for a while, this pushed me!

Afternoon Cocktails in Yountville

Hi! I'm visiting Napa with a group of 8 in late June. We're doing Bistro Jeanty for lunch, followed by a tasting at Stewart Cellars. We'd love to grab a relaxed cocktail afterwards on a patio bar (R+D Kitchen, The Bar at Hotel Villagio?).
Could these places accommodate our size group walking in around 3:30pm? Any other places to recommend?

Itinerary Input & Napa Wine Train

Hi! First-timers in Napa at the end of June. We will be a group of 8.

First question: Is the Napa wine train worth it? Our trip is only 3 days and here's my tentative itinerary below. We're staying downtown. Any winery or dinner recommendations are much appreciated (no allergies, open to all cuisines)!

Day 1: Downtown Napa
- Explore Oxbow Market / Napa River Walk
- Dinner at Eiko's

Day 2: Napa Wineries
- Breakfast at Model Bakery
- Domain Carneros
- 2 more wineries TBD
- Dinner TBD (somewhere good for a group after a day of tastings)

Day 3: Explore Calistoga OR Napa Wine Train/Evening trip to Calistoga
- Castello di Amorosa
- Sterling Vineyards
- 1 more winery TBD
- Dinner TBD (Calistoga or back to downtown Napa)
