Just noticed a line in the Matrix(99) that makes no sense

Tank and crew about to go see the Oracle and Tank is powering up the N.

He says something to the effect of "fasten your seatbelts, no smoking, sit back and enjoy the flight" - typical preflight attendant speech before a commercial flight.

Tank was born in Zion. He would have never had a reference point to say that line.

Just thought kinda funny.

Did anyone NOT have their chlosterol and triglycerides go up?

Just starting but concerned about this. Already on a station and numbers currently good. Don't want to eff that up.

Your favorite, short or stupid gag, or one that makes you smile no matter the amt of times you've seen it

I could pick quite a few, but from the empire strikes back episode, when Peter gets frozen in carboinite and is shown pants down, ass up, it just gets me every time. And the smile on his face.

Have had several back to back tapers. Trying to get off benzos but having weird side effects and need help explaining to my Dr.

Hi there,

Multiple back to back to back (and more) tapers in last three months. Keeping this post short, when I take a 5mg Valium, within the hour I experience very nasty effects - feels like a glutamate spike, but is that possible or does that even make sense? It gets so bad that I then have to take a shot or two of vodka airplane bottle minis to calm things down.

I got on the benzo train originally for alcohol detox. I've tried also adding l theanine, mag, agmatine but they all seem to sorta make things worse (melatonin does help).

Have I down regulated my gaba receptors to a point where they see the benzo as a threat or just glutamate is triggered that fast? I imagine I've been approaching this all wrong from the get go.

I'm contemplating a short detox stay and requesting phenobarbital over a benzo protocol. It's been groundhog day over and over.

Is benzo tolerance possible this quickly?

The short of a long story is that I had a bit of a mental breakdown 2.5 months ago and started drinking heavily again after 19 months being sober (heavily for me is 15 to 20 drinks a day, usually minis).

During these 2.5 months I've been to detox 3 times for approximately 6 days each time and had either an Ativan or Valium taper while I was there for each of those 6 days. It didn't stick and when back to drinking.

I also went to the ER several times, received 2 multi day Librium tapers, and had 2 other tapers as well, one from my physician and other from my psychiatrist.

Im past the alcohol detox part and am now wrapping up the taper that I got from my psychiatrist. My sort of mental breakdown is over and I'm mostly stable again.

My question is given all the benzos I've received in the past 2.5 months could I have already developed tolerance? I've followed the directions for this taper exactly but feel as though the Librium isn't working like it used to and I get really uncomfortable (sweats followed by chills, anxiety, light paranoia, a feeling like something bad is about to happen etc) way before I'm scheduled to take my next dose.

I only have 3 lib tabs left to finish my taper and am really nervous that I'll be screwed and detox and scared of the symptoms. Is it possible my gaba system has already been effed?

I have an appointment with my psychiatrist tomorrow but nervous if I ask her for a small Ativan or Valium bridge to extend things she'll think I'm pill chasing.

Lesson learned and never doing this again (it wasn't on purpose to begin with, I was in a crisis/blackout state and as mentioned have come back to earth).

Thank you

Confused on the updated sections on AR'S Udemy course to focus on for the new exam

Greetings,

I read that only sections 19 through 36 reflect or have been updated for the new exam but that doesn't make sense. There's only 15 sections to the entire course. Does that mean the bulleted sub sections, which all 19 through 36 fall under the main section 3 project management terms?

That doesn't track as master section 11 with sub bullets 241 through 243 are definitely new.

Sorry if obtuse here, what I've just read on here isn't tracking. I was in the hospital and missed my chance at the old exam and just got out so I'm admittedly a bit slow still at the moment.
