For my fuel haulers. How do you like it?

Currently a Class B driver I’m making 80k a year but I’ve quickly got over my job due to it’s scheduling, politics, lazy managers so so so on but they offer a CDL training program fully paid I almost got into trucking at 22 but refused to go OTR and one guy did say I won’t get hired at my age due to insurance cost and liability. They can’t guarantee me a job after I’m done with school but I would try hard to land one to get the experience. Since I stay working with gas stations I’ve always got a chance to talk to a few fuel haulers and they are always praising there jobs but have said you really got to get lucky to land and to get endorsements to you’re license

Frito Lay tuition or CDL. Advice from the OG’s

After 3 months with the company and just seeing how bad everything gets then rumors going around that they are trying to get rid of the rsa position after training and getting us to go straight to rsr without bidding I don’t like the sound of that at all. Also I hate the thought of being paid salary I like my OT pay anything during RSR a flat rate if you go on you’re day off, a flat holiday pay yea I’ll pass on all that I have my CDL but I refused to take any job that was paying under $20 which what I kept getting offered and I’m only 23 years old so no one wants me in the trucks due to insurances or going OTR which how I landed this job, I like the pay and understand I can’t enjoy work life balance right now but no one seems happy being there one bit during orientation there were saying about if we want to go back to school for a degree there’s reimbursement but what’s the catch to that? Will I need to stay for a couple of years after completion? There’s also CDL training but I already have mine I just came here to get Class B experience to better the resume but I still want to work here it’s not too bad but yeah wanted to ask the OG’s here since I never talk to anyone at my DC

Delivery Specialist Merch offer and I barely started

Started 3 months ago as a RSA so far been chill get along with all the DSL’s including the one who cleared me but I feel like I’ve been getting sky rocketed. They’ve talked to me about future routes, where I should bid, my trainer has been talking about leaving they keep asking me how I feel about that zone, but just this week I got stopped and asked if I got offered the DSM position would I take it I just been yea to everything lately not thinking much of it but taking that route does pay $31 a hour which was why it interested me and I did it in 41 hours I guess other RSA were doing 55+. Long story short what’s the catch to that route why does it not interest others?
