Low dps, really lost on what to do

Heya! Recently built my zibai and honestly i dont know if im doing something wrong, if my builds are wrong or if this is the expected damage but whatever i do i cannot go past 100k dps. in the 4th slot i have zhongli ( ik hes basicly cosmetic) but still, 100k seems really low no? If anybody has any ideeas id love to hear them. (for some reason the display doesnt take into account the CR from HOD , with hod and night sky she has 88 cr)

Basicly the title. Im playing on quest 3, virtual desktop with graphics maxed out, tried every graphic preset in game ( medium high etc). Doesnt matter what setting and from where i try to change, the game looks really blurry, but i mean like unplayable sometimes. More noticeable when moving. Staying still and looking close (like max 5 meters from me) everything looks good. Anything past that is just a mess. Also something quirky i noticed, for the mission to get security lvl 3, when i went through the portal that tps u to the top of the church, looking in the distance actually wasnt so bad and i could tell what is what, but sadly went back down and same problem again. If anybody has a clue id love any suggestions.

Also, on virtual desktop with performance overlay there are no problems. Delay stays under 27ms most of the time, frames are stable 90
