28F (almost), surviving the Indian arranged marriage market. For the past year, my family has been interviewing potential husbands like they're hiring for a CEO position... except I'm the product. Here's all I'm asking for:

• A kind, emotionally mature, understanding partner.
• Decent income (I have one too, I WFH and pay my own bills).
• Decent lifestyle.
• Baniya guy preferred.
• Loves travelling, adventures, spontaneous plans, but also enjoys doing absolutely nothing together on lazy Sundays.

The market is so bad that I'm wanting to live alone and single. My parents argue daily over one guy or other and somehow I feel guilty and responsible... the voices in my head says, I shouldn't feel like this... its my life and my future..

There's a part of me which yearns to have a decent boyfriend so this circus would end... but I'm not meeting anyone decent as well... SO HARD!!!!!!
