I recently ordered the m20 3.0 and I didn’t receive it, how should I go about this? Are they going to send a new one or a full refund if I don’t want it anymore

So yesterday was my second day and i did better then the first day and i wanna know will i get fired. Im overweight but im able to complete the job until the last truck where im weared out and my back starts hurting and need a break. I just need a few more days until i get used to it frfr. I think im doing good but idk man i need help. I’m a college student and make it to work a hour and some time early. Also I’m working overnight not as a b**ch in there, can I get some advice pls? I also didn’t take a water break until the first trailer was complete and also I’m unloading it’s not hard at all mentally I’m there but physically can’t last the whole 4 hours. So will I be fired ?

Ngl the boys really on it now, they raiding shit, bagging shit, jumping out on shit, niggas can’t really be out here moving dumb. That’s why ion even take these rap niggas serious.
