Is it normal to see no effect after 3 weeks on retatrutide?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been on retatrutide for about 3 weeks now (2 mg weekly injections). So far I honestly don’t feel much difference at all.

My weight has actually gone up from around 72 kg to 75 kg, but I did have a few days of junk food in between, so I’m not sure if that’s water weight or fat gain.

I was expecting at least some appetite suppression or early weight loss, but I still feel normal hunger and cravings most days. Some days I feel a slight effect, but it’s inconsistent.

Is this normal at this stage?
How long did it take for you to actually start noticing real appetite control or weight changes?

Would really appreciate honest experiences, especially from people who didn’t respond immediately.

Thanks.

I’m looking for real experiences from people currently using Retatrutide, especially anyone who titrated from 1mg to 2mg.
My experience so far:
Week 1: 1mg
Food noise definitely dropped
Cravings were lower
Appetite felt more controlled
Lost around 2–2.5 kg (I know some of that may be water weight)
Week 2: moved up to 2mg
Currently on day 4 of week 2
I’m not feeling the appetite suppression people talk about on TikTok/Reddit
I can still eat normally
I do have some cravings (not extreme, but noticeable)
Other info:
Eating clean/high protein (~120g protein daily)
Staying consistent with diet
Compound is from Peptide Sciences
My questions:
Is it normal for Retatrutide appetite suppression to feel inconsistent this early?
Did anyone else not feel much at 2mg but later it “kicked in”?
Does appetite suppression come and go during the week?
Could TikTok be creating unrealistic expectations?

Hi, I’m from Nepal (IT background) and planning to apply to the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) for a Master’s (MBA or AI/Data field).

My GPA is not strong because I focused more on work/skills during my bachelor’s. I can only apply if I get around 80-85%+ scholarship.

I wanted to ask:

Has anyone gotten a high scholarship at AIT with a low/average GPA?

  • Is MBA or AI/Data can get scholarships in?
  • How can i get scholarships ?
  • Does applying early help?

Any honest advice would really be appreciated i cant afford The fees please help. Thanks!
