Skincare but let's make it edible

I kept seeing those “drink your retinol” juice recipes everywhere and honestly thought they were a little overhyped 😭

But after trying a few, alongside my regular skincare routine, my skin actually started looking more fresh and glowy.

Now I totally get the hype.

Which one of these would you try first? 👀

Skincare is more than a routine

It’s a moment to reconnect with myself.
Every weekend, this clay mask is my pause button,
a chance to slow down, reflect, and let the week wash away.

One face mask and suddenly I’m a healed, evolved, glowing human being again 😭

Does anyone else spend 23 hours absolutely destroying their mental peace with bad sleep schedules, junk food, overthinking, screen time, and zero water… and then do ONE tiny self-care activity and instantly feel reborn? 💀

Like I’ll put cucumber slices on my eyes, drink one glass of water, maybe journal for 7 minutes, and suddenly I’m convinced I’ve completely turned my life around.

The delusion is honestly part of the healing process at this point.

Why sunscreen is a must!?!?!

I used to think sunscreen was just for beach days or summer afternoons,

but here’s what I learned: UV damage happens every day, even when the sky is cloudy.

In India, the heat right now is absolutely scorching, and even sitting indoors by a window, those UVA rays are creeping in. Science shows that UVA rays penetrate clouds, windows, and even indoor lighting, causing premature ageing and hidden damage.

So, I’ve made it a daily habit: every morning, even if I’m inside, I apply sunscreen as part of my routine.

And it’s not just a skin thing, this small daily ritual is part of how I care for myself in this heat, staying mindful and balanced every step of the way.

Myth Busting Mondays: Oily skin doesn’t need moisturiser.

I used to think that if my skin was oily, I didn’t need moisturiser.
But I was wrong.

What I learned is that when your skin is dehydrated, it actually produces more oil to compensate.
Now, I use a lightweight gel moisturizer, and it’s helped me feel more balanced.

The science backs it up when we hydrate, the sebaceous glands calm down and regulate more effectively.

But skincare doesn’t stop at products, daily habits matter too. Drinking enough water supports overall skin function, while regular exercise improves circulation and helps maintain healthy skin. Just don’t forget to cleanse and rehydrate after sweating.

Remember, hydration is the key.

Surviving India’s Hottest Summer Days🔥- My Go To Sunscreen.

Guys, I can’t even describe how intense this heat wave is.
The last few days in India have been unreal. Every step outside, it feels like the sun is just burning up everything.

I’ve been using the Mixsoon Centella sunscreen for quite a while, and I can’t believe what a difference it makes. The texture is like a smooth, milky cream, no white cast, just a perfect blend into my skin.

And after skipping it for just one day, I could actually see my skin starting to get irritated.
Now, I never leave the house without it.

How are you surviving this heat??

Hi everyone!
As we know fashion is one of the most polluting industries in the world, and I’ve been wanting to take a small step toward reducing that waste. So I created this little holder using leftover fabric scraps from garment production that would otherwise be discarded.

It clips onto your bag or keys and can hold lip balm, chapstick, a lighter, or other small essentials. It’s functional, cute, and made from repurposed fabric.

I’m thinking of launching these and would genuinely love your feedback.

Would you buy something like this? What price would feel right? Any design ideas or suggestions?

Yesterday I stepped out for a quick errand thinking, “It’s just 10 minutes, I’ll skip SPF this once.” Came back sweaty, red, and instantly regretting every life choice 😭

That was my reminder that the sun does not care if you’re only outside for a little while. So just a reminder to you too: wear your SPF.
