Possible adenomyosis

GYN said there may be adenomyosis but wasn’t sure. I’m wondering… does anyone else have a similar ultrasound?

(It’s taken me over a decade to even begin to get diagnosed, got diagnosed with PCOS. But have always had adeno/endo symptoms which only got better with hormonal IUD)

What is this on uterine ultrasound??

Can someone help me understand what is going on in the anterior myometrium?? Gynecologist only said that there was a lot of vascularity and that it *could* be adenomyosis …I haven’t been able to find anything that looks like it. Please give feedback.
