What is Texas Penal Code § 22.012 (Indecent Assault)?

I understand that it’s for children but under the law in Texas the police department states that if you’re 15 years old you are not a considered a minor? But in this law anyone under the age of 17 is considered a minor?? How can we protect 15 year olds from sexual abuse when you don’t care that these are children cause you don’t consider them children? Yes they think more at an adult rate but it is still a child you should not touch.

Im thinking what if there was a new spinoff title where the vault hunter was created. Let me talk u through it. Imagine theres this planet where a loose eridian creature trapped in the phase dimension escaped and was terrorizing these small planets. So some guys planet that got destroyed and he needed to find a vault hunter he couldn’t! So he used a digistruct machine to build one from scratch lets you create your own character and choose random skills right? But you have to chase this eridian god that’s actually just here to eat planets it’s a force of nature not a “guy who’s in control,” or a metaphor for capitalism again.
