Outdoor vs Indoor cats

I’m a first time cat owner. I live in Spain and we moved to a rural area and the cat kind of came with the house. We live in a previous occupied house and they abandoned her when they had to leave.
According to our contract, we’re not allowed to have pets, but Mila (my cat) was very persistent and we ended up adopting her. I’d say she’s a semi-outdoor cat now, because she spends most of her time in the garden and has to come inside at night (because of unneutered strays in the area).
I have 0 experience with cats, and turned to social media for advice and saw that most people advise to entertain their cats, play with them, buy toys etc.
She has 0 interest in initiated play and loves to play by herself. She doesn’t scratch furniture or anything.
One thing she started doing was meowing very loudly as soon as we go to bed. This is a new thing.
So I’m wondering, is the advice about entertaining your cat aimed at cats that don’t get stimulation from being outside? Is she meowing out of boredom or for attention?
Like she’s healthy and happy, a second cat isn’t an option because she’s very territorial.
Also, what do indoor cats do all day long? I honestly wonder?
Sorry, this is more of a rant. Again, first time cat owner.
Also, I got traumatised the other day because she killed and ate a whole gecko in front of me the other day.

I adopted a 2.5 year old cat from a controlled colony, she was spayed, but not vaccinated. I took her to the vet yesterday to get her vaccinated and she tested positive for feline leukaemia.

The vet was quite blunt and said she’ll die from it.

She loves being outside in the garden and doesn’t generally interact with other cats. She eats and drinks inside. I know it’s recommended to keep her inside all the time, but she gets stressed out when the terrace door isn’t open.

He also prescribed KimiAdapt 105 and I double checked and it says that one pill is per 10kg. She’s small, only 3.8kg.

I’m not really sure how to move forward now.

Are there any other supplements, foods you’d recommend?
