Clear Coat Defect?

I have a handful of these spots on the roof of my ‘24 Civic. Just wondering if this is something that I could have fixed under the factory warranty.

TPMS Error Message

‘21 Passport Sport. Has anyone else had this error message pop up? It doesn’t happen every day, so I’m wondering if I just need to recalibrate the TPMS sensors. Still has the stock wheels and sensors.
