Best foam from B&Q (UK)?

I was at a shop and the manager recommended I went to B&Q and got a thick foam board, but looking online I'm not sure which one to get. Additionally, not sure which glue to get. Would love any guidance! Thanks for the help

Issue with selling?

Hi, I’m a new seller and my first buyer has sent this image, saying they’ve tried different payment and shipping options. Any ideas?

Campaign notes

Does anyone have an example of how they plan out campaigns? Not looking to steal, just want to know how deep you plan, how you lay it out for ease of use etc. planning my second campaign, but didn’t feel I had enough detail to support me the first time around. Thanks for any help!

Someone I know accidentally took my meds

Someone I know accidentally took my meds (sertraline) thinking it was an antihistamine, what will they experience? For context I only take 50mg, so that’s what he took, and he is a very large, buff 20yr old. He has never taken antidepressants before as far as I know. I know it won’t be fatal, but what will he experience so I can warn him?

Druid and warlock pair?

Got a pair of new players for a couple of one shots we’ll be doing over the course of a week. They don’t know much about DnD (😭) but I’m good friends with them so I know they’ll get into it once they start, and it’s a combat focused game. They’ve decided to go for a dark Warlock (who has a bit of fighter flavouring due to backstory) and Druid, does anyone have any tips for encounters with these two classes. I’m just very afraid of TPKing a two person party on lvl 1 lol.

Ice Knife spit?

So I was going through some cantrips for an NPC the other day, and saw that Ice Knife requires a drop of water or piece of ice to cast. Anyone else come to the conclusion that a character would just spit in their hand? This is so random, but I thought I’d share.

Player don’t want to do session 0

Hi, could someone pls help! I’m a new DM, with new players, and none of them seem to want to put any kind of commitment into it, like whatsoever. None of the players are even able to do a session 0. They don’t even seem to want to do a half an hour phone call to organise their characters. They just want it to be super simple, no commitment from them. I have made it clear to them that this would be the only out of game commitment they would need to make and they are just super against it for some reason.

Do I keep on pushing it? Do I give up and find new players? I’m very aware of not breaking bridges so I’ve tried to be as flexible as possible, yet still they seem to cling on to their preconceptions. Help!

Update:
I took all of your advice and told them it just wouldn’t work out. No hard feelings (well a few, it was a little disappointing). Now asking a few of my other friends to see if they’re more suited to DnD. Thanks for the advice!

Travelling alone at 16, how do I convince my parents?

Hi, for context I’m a 16yr old guy based in England. For my GSCE summer I have the opportunity to go on this brilliant tour in Czech with stuff like crossbow shooting and trying on real armour. I’m lucky enough that money isn’t an issue, but my parents aren’t sure about it and want to come as well (but they wouldn’t come on the tour, just stay in Czech). The tour is with strangers, but so is everything else in life. The thing is, I really want to feel more independent, and want to go alone.

I’m not a particularly risky person on the whole, I don’t enjoy drinking where all my friends do, I’ve only smoked once or twice and I’ve never tried drugs. I’m pretty intelligent in terms of being aware of my surroundings etc.

How do I convince my parents to let me go alone? I want to plan out this whole holiday and budget it, use problem solving etc. I understand why they might be worried, but I have to become independent at some point.
