Two-color poster I designed for the upcoming printmaking festival at the Ann Arbor District Library!
This is printed with orchid and light lime.
Plus some process photos and an earlier version that didn’t work as well.
The cover wasn’t chosen, but I can still put this on the “graveyard” section of my website. I really enjoyed making this one.
After I made this video, I learned I could use the back of a butter knife in lieu of a bone folder to score the card stock cover!
Cover: 80# C in “Jelly Bean Green” from French Paper
Insides: 60# T Opaque Digital from Finch Paper
This one belongs to my mother, unfortunately
It’s bad but I also love it. 8th Edition!
Analog collage scanned and modified slightly in Photoshop (grain, black and white, and centered in the composition)
One of my favorite covers, out earlier this week. Designing books might not be lucrative, but I love getting to hold my work in my hands!
