Hello! I’m looking for a writing partner interested in a story centered around a Royal x Maid dynamic. I’ll be playing the maid, and I’m hoping to find someone who would enjoy portraying the royal whether that’s a king, queen, prince, or princess. 

I’m a literate to advanced writer (I have a minor in writing and have been writing since the 8th grade) who enjoys multi-paragraph replies written in third person, past tense. I love worldbuilding and slow, natural pacing that allows the story and the characters to develop. I prefer collaborative plotting and partners who like to communicate ideas and help shape the story together.

I’ve been thinking about a roleplay idea set in a psychiatric ward where your character (YC) is a doctor, and my character (MC) is a patient recently admitted. The environment would provide a mix of emotional intensity and vulnerability, setting the stage for a slow-burn romance to develop. YC could be a compassionate professional, possibly grappling with their own personal struggles or ethical dilemmas, while MC has a complex backstory that led to their admission—perhaps involving trauma, a misunderstood diagnosis, or even mysterious circumstances. The story could explore themes of trust, redemption, and healing, with both characters helping each other in unexpected ways while navigating the challenges of a patient-doctor relationship. We can also include ward dynamics, like other patients or staff members, to add depth and potential conflict.
