i just picked up a used 7 foot 6 nsp board for 275 from a local surf shop. i just noticed this and i am wondering if i need to patch this or if this is just a cosmetic defect, as i am not sure if this is enough for water to get into the board. i’m pretty new.

i (20yo Male with no health issues), recently got this rash on the inside of my calf. it’s been a few weeks and it’s been itching and it’s been getting worse. i’ve been using moisturizer and anti fungal cream but it doesn’t seem to be helping. what could it be? i have a dermatologist appointment in a couple weeks but id like to know what to do until then.
