I’m trying to find out more information about this lamp, NewEngland USA

This is one of my favorite antiques yet, I just picked her up with plans to repair a missing piece of filigree and replace the missing beads.
However I am having trouble finding more information about her
I’m pretty sure it’s polychrome cast metal
The glass panel is thick textured glass, reverse hand painted.
The three florets are wired and I believe take standard bulbs (which I have ordered and we will see for sure when they get here)
The beads hanging off are glass
I can not find a makers mark

Searching for a wedding cloak designer

Hello! I am trying to help a bride find a designer to custom create a cloak for her wedding ceremony.

Would anyone have some recommendations for artists?

She’s looking for velvet, very long, and fantasy esc. There is no budget
