What's a location you can see The Spire from a significant distance, even if only possible zoomed in with a phone/camera?

Looking through photos I have of the two red and white smoke towers at the docks from a crazy distance away has me thinking the city is that flat devoid of tall buildings you can probably see The Spire if you really look for it from afar.
