Vss symptoms

So, I got floaters back in March for the first time they never bothered me. I’ve worn glasses almost my whole life, but slowly stopped because my vision really isn’t that bad anymore and I simply got tired of them. I got my tonsils out last tuesday and before the surgery still had my regular floaters in bright lighting. With tonsillectomy’s you can’t really eat or drink anything without pain, but like a day after I started noticing weird vision. I’ve always been sensitive to light and would get headaches shortly after going from dark to light settings, so I was used to that. But during the recovery I started seeing stuff moving on walls and thought I was going crazy and it’s still going on. I finally started eating yesterday had to get bloodwork, and iv yesterday due to being dehydrated. Anyways, I’ve gotten the entopic blue field stuff?? idk what it’s called, the static, flashing like almost all the time and it’s made it hard to sleep because ai just see stuff i’m not used to. They say it’s because I haven’t been able to eat or drink and it’ll go away once I go back to my regular diet, but this is exhausting and has honestly been the worst part of my entire recovery. Any tips on vitamins to take after to speed up this process?

Trouble Sleeping

I had surgery on tuesday and let me tell you I slept sooo good before like 10-6:45 (bc of work) and now I cannot sleep at all! The pain isn’t waking me up and I only take the hydrocodone+tylenol right before bed but it only keeps me asleep for about 2 hours and then i’m up. i’ll literally just be laying in bed with my eyes closed for around what feels like 30 mins and wake up 45 mins later and can’t go back to sleep. i have rain sound playing, humidifier blowing in my face but i’m not taking medicine anymore im just hugging the pain out because i was told hydracodone can make u restless and i cherish my sleep too much. any tips???
