Low iron associated levels after infusion

I (41F) have POTS and take metaprolol succinate (25mg) daily, as well as gabapentin (300mg) for leg pain. I previously had low ferritin and received an iron infusion in March. These are my current levels (labs taken yesterday).

Is it typical for some levels to become low after infusion?

My (41F) neurologist sent me for a brain a d cervical spine MRI. Brain is fine. I have 3 "mild" bulging disks in my cervical spine (at C4, C5, C6) and under impression it says cervical spondylosis.

Does anyone else have this, and did your POTS symptoms improve with treatment for the spine issue?
