Myquals-joining btech :) 12th pass.

I'm not getting any of the tier 1/Good govt colleges. I'll probably have to go for a tier 2 pvt college. What I feel is, doing cse in a tier 2 college is better than ece. And then I can get some job experience, study for gate (vlsi). Job opportunities for btech ece are not much rn and thus I am thinking of this career path.

Suggest me if this is wrong/not possible.

Will I get mit blr cse?

Or mit manipal eee?

My qualifications are-

Class 10th - 94.2% (best of 5)

Class 12 - 85.6%

And, about btech placements, will I be stopped to enter a placement based on my % ?
