I got a kit of L carnatine today and its in oil not water. Does anyone have any experience with this? Isnt it supposed to be in water?

28m here, and I had my labs done and total test was 512 ng/dl and free test is 115pg/ml, estradiol is 23.7pg/ml, and shbg 27nmol/l. I dont want to shut down fertility but want to gain muscle faster, so naturally enclomiphene peaked my interest to boost test levels but will it aid in hypertrophy? I saw that it can lower igf1 numbers, but would that be offset by something like cjc1295 and ipamorelin or tesamorelin?
