Everytime I come back from a beak I find that I like the game more.

I take frequent breaks so I don't burn out, but I've been noticing this year that everytime I come back I like the game a little more. It's not perfect by any means and people who have more hours than me have very valid criticisms. I'm just a casual player on the road to legendary but what can I say.... I love this game.

Do you guys feel the same way when you boot up the game after a while?

Were they ever a team?

It's been a while since I watched the show but I remember them being split up or working in groups of 2 for almost the entire series. I'm pretty sure Wufei is on his own for like the entire series. I could be wrong.

I love watching Gundams work together, that's why Gundam 00 is one of my favorite series. I'll rewatch Wing soon, if only to admire the designs. Tallgeese anyone?

Anyway, in the meantime I was hoping someone could refresh my memory. I remember the Heero/Duo teamup being epic, and the Trowah/Quatre bromance. But I don't remember if all 5 of them ever come together without fighting each other.

Outbreak and File#2 need to be remade!

Or at least re-released.

I get it, the games didn't sell particularly well.... but they never seem to take into account that these were online console games that came out before online console gaming was really popular or supported. Xbox Live existed but that's kind of irrelevant to this topic since Outbreak was a Playstation exclusive. If I'm not mistaken you needed a device connected to your PS2 to access the internet and the thing cost almost as much as the console itself. I think if it had come out on PS3 instead the game would have been much better received.

I would love to see it receive the same treatment as RE2 Remake or RE4 Remake.

When I was playing those I kept thinking "this is great, I wish I could play it with friends and family"

I know some people think it would be less scary with friends but you can offset that with a well done proximity chat so that if you split up you really feel it.

The other problem I've seen discussed is that a group of 4 survivors would be too powerful. I personally think if the game doesn't shower you with ammo this won't be a problem. Maybe reduce the firearm spawns on harder difficulties. Also these are random survivors, not Chris and Leon, they are not hyper competent badasses.

I would just love a cooperative survival horror that isn't RE5, which is more of an action game anyway. Plus sometimes I want to play with more than one friend.

I was too young when Outbreak came out to play it online and my PS2 didn't have the internet adapter so I never got to try it outside of single player. What were your experiences with the game, and would you like to see it come back?

Idea for a co-op Star Wars video game.

So I had this idea for a game. I call it Star Wars: Jedi Strike team. It would be a 3 or 4 player co-op 3rd person hack and slash with very light rpg elements. Kinda like Lord of the Rings: War in the North or Space Marine 2.

There would be 3 playable characters; one knight, one master, and one padawan. The knight would be the most balanced character. The padawan would be a lightsaber prodigy. And the master would have the most powerful Force abilities.

Alternatively a buddy of mine suggested using the Kotor classes instead. So instead of knight, master, and padawan you would have Guardian, Sentinel, and Consular. If it ended up being 4 player you could add an apprentice, who would start a little weaker but have the most build flexibility.

The missions would be story based or a linear campaign. And the characters and lightsabers would be fully customizable.

You would equip items and gear that increase your stats but it wouldn't be a looter shooter where you swap out your lightsaber every 10 minutes.

The enemies would probably be droids for the most part since you can dismember them without getting into any trouble but I would like to use a system like the Jedi games where enemies have a stamina bar instead of health and they actually block your attacks until you whittle them down and then they get cut to pieces as soon as your lightsaber touches them.

Obviously some boss fights to keep things lively.

As for a setting I love the Old Republic and Clone Wars. Maybe even during the War of Exar Kun. I really like that last one because you can have lightsaber wielding enemies.

The key thing is that the game would be 100 percent co-op. When I think of what Star Wars has given me and why I love it, there are a lot of reasons. Like having a place to escape to when life got hard. But without a doubt the best thing Star Wars has given me is the friendships I've forged with people facilitated by a shared love of this incredible universe. Being able to share a new Star Wars gaming experience with my friends would be amazing.

I had a similar idea for a co-op Mandolorian game but that would be an fps or third person shooter.

Anyway..... I know it's never going to happen but I've been sitting on this idea for a few months and I thought I'd share it. I'd love to hear your thoughts and your game ideas. 🙂
