I am looking to get my second snake (I already have a corn) and wanted to adopt this time around. I was hoping to find a local rescue so I can meet the snake beforehand (I am hoping for someone relatively easy to handle and not too picky at eating bc I am still a beginner). I'm skeptical about online rescues - are they really rescues? I'm looking for help weeding through resources so I know I am truly adopting.
My Bf (38) and I (32f) have been together around 6 months and I'm starting to notice a pretty big gap in our sex drives. In past relationships, especially at the beginning, I'm used to inter course 3-4 times a week minimum. Granted I haven't been in a serious relationship since my mid20s and I know everyone kind of slows down as they get older... but I'm just very confused by this dynamic. Everything else in our relationship is better than I could dream... and he's incredibly loving and nurturing in so many ways. I'm used to being pursued somewhat in little ways around the house and usually with a little flirting I'm very reciprocal. I'm just feeling slightly rejected repeatedly which is starting to add up. We've had conversations and he assures me he's very attracted to me and he's just very tired from his job. And again, he's incredibly attentive and loving in literally every other way.
