30F, PCOD + thyroid + high prolactin — really scared, please help

Hi everyone, I’m 30 and getting married soon, and I’m honestly feeling very scared and stressed about my periods and fertility.

I’ve had PCOD for around 10 years, but my periods were mostly regular (around 30 days). Four months ago, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and started 75 mcg medication. My thyroid is now normal.

For the last 3 months, my cycles were around 34–36 days, but this month I missed my period. My thyroid is still normal, but my prolactin came back at 32.2.

I’m really worried that the high prolactin is causing my delayed period and may affect my fertility. 😔

Has anyone been through something similar with PCOD, thyroid and high prolactin? Please share your experience or advice. I’m really anxious and would be so grateful for some reassurance. ❤️

Hypothyroidism

Thyroid and late period — is this normal?

I was diagnosed with a thyroid problem 4 months ago after missing my period and have been on medication since then. My last 3 cycles came monthly, but my cycle changed from 36 to 34 days.

This month, I’m 6 days late with no cramps or signs of my period coming.

Could this be related to my thyroid even though my periods were regular for the last 3 months? Has anyone experienced this?
