Should the Eridians be considered among the ranks of Space Dwarfs?
Allow me to explain, laddies:
So, a good friend o' mine was pointin' out a subversion to the whole "humans are space urks" rubbish (let's ignore the fact that it's a circlejerk the umgi made up, no human's nearly as tough as a space greenskin is, well save for Astartes of course), where to Eridians, humans were more like space elgi. Now that already got a good laugh out of me, given that the space knife-ears were the blokes who made an evil pleasure god that handed them their fattest L ever, but it adds up- to Eridians, humans were tall, frail, and able to perceive and create things beyond the Eridians' understanding. But on that same token, Eridians are squat, hardy, long-lived master craftsmen capable of carving their own great works, even surpassing the umgi/space elgi in some regards- still gotta work on a xenonite forge meself. Plus, they be literally made o' rock and stone.
With that in mind, should we stick beards on Eridians and let 'em be kin?
Brothers, I was already considerin' taking the Slayer Oath after finding meself agreein' with a greenskin of all things, then the rat barged in
(Context in second image)
So brothers, I was mindin' me own business writin' grudges against the leaf-lovers and having a good laugh at how the space knife-ears climbed the tech tree only to make an evil pleasure god that handed em their fattest L ever- hence why me league trades with em out of pity- and then this bloody greenskin shows up and says he hates the elgi. Well, I decided a broken clock is right twice a day, so I seconded that while grabbin' me axe to fix that broken clock as it were, and then this rat that nobody invited barges in and starts acting like we're old chums. What do I do?
When I saw the reporter get flung off the roof, I flew in to catch her with arms of steel.
I remained hovering in the air afterwards, my invincible limbs covered in her pulverized remains, where I could only curse myself for not slowing her fall first.
I was a boy when my parents showed me the space pod they found me in, making me hug them in joy as dreams of caped heroism flashed before my eyes.
And as I heard the sickening snaps, I learned the hard way that my species did indeed have super strength.
The biologist would've been thrilled to discover such a fascinating specimen of hypercarnivore.
If he wasn't on the Moon.
