Kratom with LDN

My interventional pain management doctor has prescribed 0.5mg Naltrexone every night for pain. I am a very low dose kratom user, about 4.5 mg once a day around 11:00am. I don’t take it in the afternoon because it messes up my sleep but I’m in a lot of pain (6-7/10). I’m trying to figure out if I can take the LDN in the evening and still take my kratom at 10-11 am. I searched through old posts but everything is years old. Any help is appreciated.

Need To Know If These Might Be Toxic To Dogs

I’m not sure if my dogs ate either of these but one dog threw up once each day for the last three days. He has a sensitive stomach so me weren’t too concerned as we had an eventful weekend. Today our other dog vomited and she never does. I don’t trust identification apps. The first two pictures are of one mushroom and the last three are the other type I found. Any help is appreciated. Yes, I’ve contacted the vet and yes we have an appointment today. I’m just trying to gather any possible sources.
