For a while now, the battery on my Ti-nspire CX calculator hasn’t been charging at all. I thought it could be the battery, but that wasn’t the issue, because I replaced it and it still doesn’t charge. I have tried all kinds of resets, but they aren’t working. It also isn’t the cable, because when I plug it in, the calculator works, but it just doesn’t charge. Please help
