Got bored in class, drew a wasp

I absolutely adore wasps and was really looking forward to seeing tarantula hawks in particular! However, nothing in the student garden at Pitzer is blooming right now, and the only bug I’ve seen is a dead ten-lined June beetle. Does anyone know the best place to see wasps? Or any bugs, really?
Thanks!!
EDIT: I UNDERSTAND WHAT THE WORDS 'MUSTER STATION' MEAN GUYS
I think mostly solved by u/No-Asparagus2389 ! They found a much clearer version of the image that clarifies everything but the mystery box thing, which people have suggested may be a pen nib or a hand pointing down for "here".
This is the sign for the muster station on a ferry to an island I was visiting two years ago. It STILL haunts me. This is an official sign in a place with otherwise clear signage and it's got
- Square box with a cape
- Two white silhouettes with one eye each and the fish head (tm)
- The most uncomfortable-looking people I think I've ever seen
I have asked many people and no one understands it.
This game is probably one of, if not my favorite, video games I've ever played. I'm not very good at writing, but it means a lot to me and had a huge impact on my senior year, so I thought this was fitting. I wanted the quote to be credited as just "Dr. Ophelia Turner", but the yearbook club had other plans :') I'm also not sure what I'm going to do when we're supposed to throw our caps in the air, so wish me luck.
