Going down springs

For those who have done a lot of classes: what exercises do you consistently go down a spring level one? I have about 90 classes and I always go down a spring level for gray side inner thighs, usually gray side obliques, and sometimes gray platform lunges.

Advanced 65

If I get off the waitlist I am taking my first advanced 65 this weekend! What should I expect? Also what is done in the extra time? Is it just an extra exercise with each part of class?

I wasn’t super into the first episode but the clips she played at the end of the pre- filmed episodes looked good! Especially the ones with Imari and Trevi. I think the ones with her actual friends will pretty enjoyable

Hello! Can someone explain the different levels of coaches (regular, senior master, etc.) and what exercises they can teach? I just realized this week that certain levels of never coaches can’t que certain exercises and I just wanted to know what they can teach at each level?
