Help needed with extracting shape from DWG/DXF

Help needed with extracting shape from DWG/DXF

I am a novice in Fusion360, often switching between Fusion and TinkerCAD for creating or modifying shapes for 3D printing. I would say with my basic skills, I am doing ok. I have worked mainly with STL or STP files.

I am trying to extract a shape from an OEM DWG / DXF file, so that I don't have to remeasure and redraw everything. Basically it's an acoustic wall system for my desk that has an aluminum profile on top where I want to design stuff for. The OEM provides a DWG for all parts, but I don't know how to extract what I need into something more manageable.

I have tried DWG and DXF viewers, but I seem to not get anywhere with this.

Can someone help me?

Content of DWG

I want to extract the blue shape in top right section, it is a coat hanger and gives the right profile for the aluminum section.

Is anybody able to help me here? Even just the sideview of the part would be great with measurements so that I can redraw in Fusion or TinkerCAD. But due to the several layers, I am not even able to navigate to there.

Sorry, and thanks for your patience!
