I’ll tell you why ? It’s their stupid AI programming. Every time this happens it’s when both customers have a similar product. For example, customer B & C both had this item , but in different sizes. The other day , both customers had Horizon milk, but different fat contents. Of course I checked anyway and there was no error in my part. It’s really bugging me as it happens a lot and it’s getting worse.

One or two limes in a bag of 25 is slightly less quality and you get to complain and get a refund? I take pride in choosing good produce but occasionally a bad apple ( or like in this case ) gets through.

Currently watching Hacks and the actress that played Amalita is in the current episode ! I had no idea she is actually English born.
