About to give birth and I need high calorie family friendly meals

I'm scheduled for induction in a week. I'm gonna be in the hospital for a few days but when I get home I'll need to eat a lot of calories to maintain my milk supply. Any ideas that won't exhaust a new mom would help. Also we have a toddler.

I'm emotionally unsure about forward facing.

My husband and I are expecting our second child in early August. Our eldest is 3 in early September. As far as I'm aware she's approximately 37-38 lbs and almost 3.5ft tall. I have a 2015 CRV and her carseat is a graco turn-to-me 360. My husband just got my car cleaned as my belated Mother's day gift (they were booked until now) and we had to reinstall the seat this evening. We decided to move her seat to the driver's side because we have to install the carseat base for our doona for our second baby who may come early. The reason for moving the seat to the other side is because of how narrow our driveway is I can't get the doona around the car to the driver's side. For context we have to reverse into our driveway. We installed her carseat rear facing and I couldn't sit in the driver's seat. Even adjusting the angle I couldn't move the driver's seat back far enough. We made the difficult decision to put her carseat forward facing, but now I'm worried.

Was this a mistake? Am I seriously risking my child's safety by not waiting the final 2-3lbs before she maxes out the rear facing setting? What do I do?

I'm just trying to do my best and I'm worried. Any advice is appreciated.
