why do people hit the e-stop?

I have been working for like 3 weeks as stow and i would say the e-stop is pressed an average of 2-3 times a day on my shift. Are people actually getting hurt this often by the robots or do people just not understand when to use it? A manager told me it costs like $15k a minute that it’s pressed so I would assume they’re pretty strict on unnecessary uses.

Pretty new to this stuff, only started it like 2 months back. The reason I'm hesitant to try it is because I only average like 4-5 sales a day as of recently and my average order is around $7.00. I sell small things I make with very low cost of production and pretty high margins.

I try to post at least 3 videos a day, my videos either get 100k+ views, or 200 views. (most of the time the latter)

I have made a total of $950 over the 2 months that I started.

I really only want to spend like $25-30 a day on ads since idk if I'll break even on them.

Average conversion rate w/o ads is probably around 2%

let me know if you guys think I should run the ads or just keep going with organic reach!

I know my plate is dirty but I glue and clean it pretty often cause a lot of my prints dont stick. Anyway, this started happening pretty recently, Doesn’t make any strange noises while printing or anything, just during vibration test.

This would be my first payout from TikTok, and it hasn't shown in my account after it says it has been successfully transferred. I tried contacting support and ofc they're useless just saying "let me put in a ticket for you"

Just wanted to know if it takes a couple days after it says it's been paid, or if I was supposed to see in my account by now. I also have my payout day set to Monday if that means that I'll receive them then.
