Birthday gifts when travelling on your birthday
Has any frequent flyer received anything from Qantas when flying on their birthday?
On a recent trip flying business between SYD and DPS, I switched seats with another customer and a small mix up occured with the head flight attendant. During the flight, she introduced herself and asked about my recent birthday (which is more than half a year away) - which I then realised she thought I was the other passenger. I explained the seat switch and she went to go greet the other passenger. Out of curiosity, has the cabin crew done anything special for your birthday when you are travelling on/near your birthday?

Buggy BOM Rain Radar - South Australia - The Turkey State
Just something amusing when checking the weather on the Bureau of Meteorology website. The rain radar is bugging out and mirroring itself along a diagonal axis. It looks like a raw chicken or turkey. Adelaide is one of the drum sticks.
