Looking for an affordable bike fitter in Haarlem

So, last year I bought a pretty good road bike (Sensa Romagna with Shimano 105, disc brakes, carbon frame, etc) at Vos Fietsen in Zwaneburg. They advertised they would do a good bike fitting, but in hindsight I don't think they really did a good job. They also didn't allow me to testride the bike, even if it was for only 100 meters.

It was the first time for me buying a new bike, usually I always bought 2nd hand bikes but I wanted something better this time around. Before buying the bike I put a lot of effort in recognizing the alarm signals to see if a bike is a good fit for me and it seemed okay, but I guess it's just best to have someone else to help with bike fitting.

Long story short, this bike is giving me typical issues of not being the correct size. Issues like pain in my hands from leaning too much forward, lower back pain from the saddle and handlebar being too far apart, etc.

It's time to find a bike fitter in Haarlem. I'm hesitant to visit the bike store at Rustenburgerlaan as they seemed to be a lot more focused on 'super expensive' bikes (at least to me) and Bike Planet is so crowded each time I go there I have to leave before having spoken to anyone as it's just too overstimulating.

Are there any affordable bike fitters that do a better job than the store where I bought my bike, but are still affordable? I used to go to the Dacia store in the past, but it appears they were combined with the store on the Rustenburgerlaan.

Thanks so far!

Keto rash comes back as soon as I enter ketosis

Hi, so I've been doing carnivore for one year in 2025, and now I'm doing keto (<20g carbs per day) for 6 months since December 2025. All for gut and mental health and not for weight loss.

Keto has been better for me than pure carnivore so far, but the keto rash I have since March 2025 hasn't been so comfortable.

I've been to the dermatologist a couple of times and they couldn't find out what the issue was, eventually I tried raising my carb intake a little and the problems seem to go away which confirmed it's actually keto rash, but the problem is that I can't really go back to ketosis as the keto rash then immediately comes back. As in, it comes back within 24 hours.

An additional issue is that when my carb intake is higher to cure the keto rash, (so high it bumps me out of ketosis), my intestines go entirely crazy and kind of push me into what I like to call a 'intestinally induced depression'. I don't know if that exists, but if go out of ketosis, my mental health suffers greatly. I get higher muscle tension, have less control over my thoughts, forces me to ruminate, and on top of that worse thoughts and feelings that I won't describe here, etc.

So I'm stuck between having a keto rash or having gut issues due to carbs.

This is not great, I thought I had found the diet that could support me for a long time but walking around with a fulltime rash that I can't seem to fix (unless going out of ketosis) is throwing a wrench into the works. Keto is great, but carbs are not, yet keto triggers this rash..

Does anyone have some advice I can try?

To make it more difficult, I also have issues with most FODMAPs.

Am I just not equipped with the right genes for keto? I just don't know anymore.. What I can do?

Need tips to improve on my purge tower

So, eventually during my prints, the purge tower gets knocked over due to it being filled in in a messy way.

Under multimaterial I set the width to 20mm and the purge volume to 15.

In general those were the best values I found across multiple posts.

I already set the tower outside to be the same color and this print is with strictly PLA.

I've been observing the print for a while now but it's hard to see what's causing the excess buildup in the tower.

I've tuned my PLA to have a flowrate of 0.96 and pa of 0.022

Maybe someone recognizes the issue. Thanks in advance!

Bed plate in Orca changes when changing extruder settings like Z-hop? Anyone else has these kind of strange issues?

Hi, so I've been running into the issue that when I change some settings like the Z-hop from auto to normal, that Orca completely by itself changes the bedplate type.

I've been managing to replicate this a few times on an intermittent basis, but not always. One time it auto-changed to Textured PEI, and the other time it changed to Smooth PEI.

I hadn't noticed this before but was looking at my ongoing print on the Biqu Frostbite plate (which should print at 45 degrees C for good adhesion with PLA for me) and to my shock it was printing at 60C! I was wondering why my overhangs weren't cooled down properly by the print fan, and why the 'cavity' temp was so high (47C).

Another thing I noticed was that a lot of my settings had reverted back to the standard profile instead of the settings I made to the print profile, which should be there as I never closed my file.

The strange thing was that the edits in support areas (drawing where support should come) which I marked by hand as a last step were all perfectly saved.

Has anyone else had these kind of issues happen with Orca in conjunction with the U1? The issues started happening when I enabled being able to select different bedplates and then changed the Z-hop type per extruder and saving the profile after making these changes.
